Welcome to Child Nursery Centers (CNC), a nonprofit organization in Colorado Springs dedicated to preparing children for success in school and in life since 1897. Our mission is to provide comprehensive, high quality early care and education for ALL children.

While our name is reflective of our 112-year history, CNC is long-past being a nursery, daycare, preschool or any other singular child care program. Ours is a multi-faceted, whole child development approach beginning with a literacy-rich curriculum and continuing with a balanced nutrition program, health services, and family outreach. We welcome all families, including those receiving Early HeadStart, HeadStart and CCCAP assistance.

Serving children ages 6 weeks-14 years, CNC's full-day, full-year early care and education and before and after school care programs are offered in a variety of licensed settings including centers, schools and homes. We also partner with Court Care for the Pikes Peak region to provide a free drop-in facility for parents doing business with the 4^th Judicial Court.
